Care and Placement

Place The ARC on a stable, level surface capable of supporting the complete display. Keep it in a climate-controlled interior environment. Dust with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Remove tusks before adjustment and make only small incremental adjustments using supplied guidance. Do not move or lift the assembled display by the tusks or support arms.

Natural Material Characteristics

Variation in grain, color, figure, texture, mineral marking, and other natural wood characteristics is expected and makes each product unique.

Limited Workmanship Warranty

The ARC warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material defects in workmanship under normal interior display use for one year from documented delivery, subject to final legal approval.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear; natural variation; environmental or cleaning-related finish change; inaccurate customer information; misuse; neglect; impact; overloading; unstable placement; improper handling; unauthorized repair or modification; or events beyond reasonable control.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Contact consultation@ngruma.com promptly with order information, a description, and clear photographs. Do not return or ship the product without written authorization.

Warranty Remedy

For a verified covered defect, The ARC may repair the product, replace an affected component, provide an equivalent corrective remedy, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

Damage in Transit

Photograph package damage before opening, retain all packaging, and notify consultation@ngruma.com as soon as possible and no later than five calendar days after delivery. Cooperate with carrier claim procedures.
