Custom Product
Each ARC is individually configured and custom crafted according to customer-supplied measurements, photographs, material selections, finish selections, and approved order specifications. Regular, Large, and XXL models are established from the appropriate CNC patterns that may be adjusted before fabrication.
Customer Information and Approval
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, including circumference at the lip, outside-curve length from the nerve-cavity opening to the tip, approximate weight, photographs, shipping information, and requested materials and finishes.
Pricing and Payment
The standard ARC pair base price is $2,950 plus shipping, without ballast as specified. XXL sizing, specialty or exotic woods, custom colors, special-order materials, taxes where applicable, and other approved options may increase the final price. Full payment is due upon order confirmation and before fabrication begins.
Fabrication Time
The current estimated fabrication period is approximately 90 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
Final Sale
Because every ARC is individually configured and custom crafted to the owner’s approved specifications, all confirmed orders are final and nonrefundable.
Natural Materials and Finishes
Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, figure, texture, and other natural characteristics vary and are not defects. Samples, photographs, screens, and lighting may not reproduce exact color.
Tusk Ownership and Compliance
The customer is solely responsible for lawful ownership, possession, transport, display, and any documentation applicable to the tusks or other property intended for use with The ARC. The ARC does not purchase, sell, appraise, authenticate, or transfer ivory.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from an order or product shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected ARC. The ARC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for damage resulting from inaccurate customer information, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper placement, environmental conditions, or failure to follow supplied guidance.
