Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when the customer approves the final configuration, materials, finish, price, shipping terms, and other specifications and full payment is received.

All Sales Final

Because materials may be selected or ordered, and fabrication is scheduled or begun specifically for the customer, all confirmed orders are final. Payments are nonrefundable. Custom products may not be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, décor change, customer-supplied measurement error, preference regarding natural wood variation, or other matter outside a verified defect or covered transit-damage claim.

Cancellation

A request to cancel does not create a right to cancellation or refund. Any extraordinary accommodation is solely at The ARC’s discretion and must be in writing.

Customer-Requested Changes

Changes after confirmation are subject to feasibility, written approval, additional charges, and additional fabrication time, and may be declined after work has advanced.

Incorrect Customer Information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, photographs, weights, selections, addresses, and other information supplied.

Defects and Transit Damage

This policy does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Verified workmanship defects or shipping damage will be evaluated under the applicable warranty and transit-damage policy.
