Shipping Charges
Shipping is additional and quoted according to weight, volume, destination, carrier, service level, and requested insurance or special handling. Current typical ground shipping is approximately $140 with an estimated transit time of five to seven business days, but this is illustrative only.
Addresses and Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring that the destination can receive the shipment.
Transit Times
Carrier transit times are estimates and begin after finished product is received, and receipted by carrier. Carrier delays and circumstances outside The ARC’s control may affect delivery.
Inspection at Receipt
Inspect promptly. Photograph visible exterior damage before opening, retain all packaging, and document the condition. Report loss, shortage, or damage to consultation@ngruma.com as soon as possible and no later than five calendar days after delivery.
Risk and Claims
The customer agrees to cooperate with reasonable carrier inspection and claim requirements. Remedies for verified transit damage will be determined under the applicable policy and law.
International Shipping
International availability, freight, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage, documentation, and import requirements are addressed individually.
